The Reception Class enjoyed an exciting day out at a local farm. Mrs Brash, Reception Call Teacher, wrote the following class report:
'The children in Reception Class enjoyed a wonderful trip to Farmer Gow's Activity Farm.
We counted eggs whilst carefully putting them into boxes, then we handled the chicks and the goslings. We were lucky enough to feed milk to the lambs, which the children found very entertaining as they were very thirsty. We also fed the goats who gently ate food from our hands, then collected some eggs and put them in a basket.
Going for a trailer ride around the farm was great fun, we stopped to feed the pigs along the way. We ended the day playing on the toy tractors and with a well-earned play on the Bale Climb.'
