Cokethorpe Society Social

The annual Cokethorpeans’ London Social was held at the prestigious East India Club on St James Square on Thursday 9 March. There was a great turnout, with more than 30 OCs representing each decade from the 1960s to the 2010s gathering to socialise, reminisce and network about their time at Cokethorpe.

The Headmaster gave a welcome speech, introducing the School’s link to the East India Club, and encouraged OCs to share fond memories of their time at School.

The School was privileged to become an honorary member of the East India Club when it gained HMC status in 2008. The elegant clubhouse is situated in the heart of London, allowing easy access for OCs from near and far to travel to the event.

Due to the continued success of this event it will be held again next year. However, do not wait until then to catch up with your School contemporaries - the next society event is the Sports Festival and Reunion Dinner on Saturday 17 June and we hope to see you there.
