Fourth Form Spanish students are currently enjoying the cultural delights of Seville in Spain. Last week they took two flights from the UK and were happy to receive a loud greeting on arrival from the families of their Spanish counterparts. The pupils enjoyed some sun early in the trip; the picture above shows the students outside a restaurant in Carrion de los Cespedes, enjoying the Moorish architecture.
Fourth Form have already visited the Spanish school with which Cokethorpe are linked; Juan Ciudad Duarte in Bormujos, where they attended a lesson. The pupils then traveled on to Palos de la Frontera, where they saw the ships which Christopher Columbus used for his voyage to the Americas.
