The Headmaster, Damian Ettinger, commented:
‘With record retention into Sixth Form expected, we are delighted that today’s GCSE results match expectations. With a small increase in the number gaining A*-C at GCSE and at A*-A the year group have done themselves and the School proud. At the very top Marianne Pearson and Greg Muller with 10 A* and A grades are worth highlighting, but there are success stories across the board. Particular congratulations go to those 16 pupils in Year 11 who took AS Philosophy a year early, with their success setting them up for a stellar A Level career in the School.’
