Fees for Academic Year 2010-2011

The termly fees cover School tuition and lunch. There is no charge for exercise books, but work books, revision guides and some consumables will incur an extra charge. There is a charge for external examinations which is variable depending on the examinations board.

Extra charges are kept to a minimum, but pupils requiring the assistance of the Learning Support Department will incur a separate charge of £585 per term for the Senior School and £430 for the Junior School.

Membership of the majority of clubs and societies is covered by the School fee, but a few activities, including some which require consumables, may incur an extra charge.

Junior School

Reception to Year 6:

£3,295 per term

Senior School

Lower and Upper First: £4,645 per term
Third Form to Upper Sixth: £4,795 per term

All Pupils

Registration fee (non-refundable): £75
Entrance deposit (refunded when final term’s account is paid): £500

All pupils are included in the School Fees Protection Scheme against absence and the premium is debited to the parent’s account. Parents are strongly advised to join the scheme since otherwise no compensation for absence is available. Please notify the Bursary if you wish to opt out of this scheme.

A compulsory Personal Accident Insurance is in operation for each pupil and the premium is debited to the parent’s account. Parents should ensure that their children’s personal effects are insured against fire and theft. The School does not run a personal effects insurance policy.

All charges for tuition are made in advance and are due for payment on the first day of term. When making a payment by cheque please use the tear-off slip and send it to the Bursary. If paying via internet banking please quote your reference number.
