Cokethorpe Kayak and Canoe Race

The annual Kayak and Canoe Race will take place on Sunday 1 November 2009.

Races

The divisional races include a traditional A–B race along the scenic upper reaches of the river Thames. 10 miles 3 portages.

Starting at Radcot on Thames, Bampton, Oxon OX18 2SX.
Finishing at Newbridge on Thames OX29 7QD

Lightning and Fun Races start and finish at Newbridge.

Transport back to the start can be provided, pre-booking essential.

Prices

Pre-entry £5.00 per seat.
Late entry £8.00 per seat.
BCU card must be shown at check in or £3.00 day ticket.

Additional Information

The organisers and nominated officials cannot accept responsibility for damage to boats, injuries, accidents or loss of life. Buoyancy aids must be worn for fun race, lightnings and Divs 7,8,9.

Please do not park in the pub car park at Radcot but follow the canoe race signs.
